One of the greatest challenges in innovation is being able to push through uncertainty.
This workshop reframes uncertainty as a delicious state of not knowing, a place where we have no choice other than to learn, innovate and disrupt.
To enable this within agile teams and projects we also need to provide leaders and team members with the skills to enable them to tolerate the high fluidity that goes with such situations. These skills will include;
This workshop draws upon emergent work from the field of adaptive leadership, collaborative working models and examples and conflict and change dynamics.
Neil Denny is an international speaker and author on collaboration and conflict communication. He regularly speaks to conferences and delivers workshops across the UK and America on collaborative leadership issues and techniques including the Do Lectures (www.dolectures.com/lectures/how-to-enable-conflict) and the 4th European Collaborative Conference and, later in 2013, delivering the closing plenary on The Delicious State of Not Knowing at UKOLN'S 2013 Web Managers conference.
